Rebecca Smeyne took some nice photos of Subway Show 5 and put them on the Village Voice blog, and Todd P called me a “cat-herder,” (which I take as the upmost compliment) on something called Dazed And Confused.

This show is already up in my basement and looks really, really beautiful. I’m proud of these high school kids and their arty antics. You should come by and be wowed as well.

SUBWAY SHOW 5: Return To The Globe

5pm: Meet @ end of the 7 train platform @ Times Square (map)
6pm: All bands play subway-themed songs together in train car as we ride through Queens towards Flushing Meadows
7pm: Arrive @ World’s Fair Grounds // begin round robin (map)

Big A little a
Pterodactyl
The Eskalators
Terror Pigeon Dance Revolt

All bands will set up at the same time beneath the World’s Fair Globe and perform song-for-song until we’re satisfied or get shut down :P
