The Wailing Wall / Tall Ships / Polite Sleeper @ Micheline’s

Come out this Saturday to the classiest establishment between Bushwick and Bed Stuy: Micheline’s! Check out the photos from the last couple of Micheline’s show in the SleepDead Gallery, and prep yourselves to dance to the dirty banjo until your feet fall off!
[ The Wailing Wall ]
“Led by songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jesse Rifkin, the Wailing Wall transformed from a very private home recording project into a sprawling collective in October 2005, and they have been playing shows constantly ever since. Based in Bronxville, NY, the Wailing Wall consists of up to ten musicians playing guitar, banjo, mandolin, accordion, viola, glockenspiel, drums, trumpet, bass, harmonica, and whatever else happens to be lying around on any given day. Their new 7″ (on gold vinyl!!!!) is coming out in a couple weeks.” - Jesse Rifkin
[ Tall Ships ]
[ Polite Sleeper ]
“Jason’s television acting career landed him in New York with only a hope and a dream; Tim was nice enough to deliver some socks a few months later. Our songs are all about missing one thing or another.” - Polite Sleeper
